1/ Be kind to yourself and others – keep in contact with people and make that call

3/ Daily exercise – perhaps the most important and best if you can do this in sunlight

4/ Do something new which you like – and which doesn’t involve alcohol

5/ If you need to lose weight, now is the time – and cutting out alcohol is a great way to start
